The
Wedding Coordinator/Emcee you meet with will be the
Wedding Coordinator/Emcee that performs at your reception.
Attentiveness
to your needs. We’ll develop guidelines
for the day’s events together.
Your
Wedding Coordinator/Emcee will maintain contact with you every 6-10 weeks
and establish contact with all service people prior to your reception,
including
the banquet manager, photographer and/or videographer.
Your
Wedding Coordinator/Emcee, together with your DJ, will make sure that the
entire event runs smoothly according to the preplanned
guidelines.
Professional
audio equipment with backup equipment to insure a
breakdown will not spoil your special day. The music specified by you,
plus over 30,000 song titles on compact disc with music from
the 1930’s through up to date titles, will be on hand.
When
you hire NME, you will receive audio compact discs to help you choose
music for your “Introductions,” “1st Dance,” “Bridal Party,”
“Father, Daughter” & “Mother, Son” Dances, “Cutting Of The
Cake,” “Anniversary Dance,” “Bouquet & Garter,”
“Last Ballad,” and “Finale.”
Your
Wedding Coordinator/Emcee will make all formal announcements.
Background
music for the cocktail hour and dinner portion of your reception.
Have
on hand a wireless microphone for the blessing and/or the toast.
At
your request, handle all traditional dances (ex. The “1st Dance,” “Bridal
Party Dance,” “Father, Daughter Dance,” “Mother, Son Dance”).
Guidance
through the “Cutting Of The Cake”, “Anniversary Dance”
and the throwing of the “Bouquet & Garter.”
Your
Wedding Coordinator/Emcee will help you customize the music for your
special day.
