The
first time you meet a NME Wedding Coordinator/Emcee, even before you have
decided to hire, the planning process starts right then. The first
question you’re asked is what are you looking for in a Wedding Coordinator/Emcee?
Your NME Wedding Coordinator /Emcee will listen to your wants and needs,
go over the planning of your reception, and give you different ideas on
how to do everything. You’re not expected to know exactly what to do. By
starting early, you can calmly make decisions about different aspects of
your reception. When you hire NME, you receive audio compact discs to help
you plan music for your introductions, 1st Dance, Father/Daughter, and so
on. Your Wedding Coordinator/Emcee will keep in touch with you every 6-10
weeks to see if you need any help. The NME wedding planner is due seven
weeks prior to your reception. Once your Wedding Coordinator/Emcee
receives it, the information is input into our computer. You will then be
sent an itinerary for the day’s events, including a list of the songs
you want and don’t want. After you have approved the itinerary, a copy
is sent to your banquet manager, photographer and videographer. Your Wedding
Coordinator/Emcee will call each professional and go over the itinerary
with him or her. If there are any bumps in the road, they can be smoothed
out prior to your wedding instead of on your wedding day. NME Wedding Coordinator/Emcee’s
are very flexible and accommodating. If something happens on the date of
your event, your Wedding Coordinator/ Emcee will do what it takes to make
things run
smoothly, and divert stress from you.
Entertainment
We are known for our
two-man presentations (One-man
presentations are available).
The Wedding Coordinator/Emcee interacts with your guests and guides you
through your special day, working very closely with your banquet manager,
photographer, videographer, etc. The DJ programs the music, which allows
the Wedding Coordinator/Emcee to do his job more efficiently.
A
two-man presentation has another benefit.
If one of the two
gets sick at your event, there is still one person who could run
everything effectively.
Equipment
Night Music Express
only uses high quality professional equipment. Even though each one of us
uses such high quality equipment, we all carry professional backup
equipment such as CD Player, Amplifier, Mixing Board, Speakers and
Microphone.
